As a dedicated content creator, she shares her professional journey through her blog, "CCIE BY 30." She is a passionate advocated for Women in Tech and ensuring equitable access to Technology Education for all.
Deirra Footman is a Senior Network Engineer and Blogger based in the DMV area. She has built her Networking and Security expertise in Cisco enterprise environments designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions. She currently holds multiple industry certifications and is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Business and IT Management.
Deirra discovered her passion for Science and Technology at a young age growing up in Baltimore, Maryland. Deirra's love for computer technology and thirst for knowledge led her to enroll in the Cisco Network Academy in High School. Completing this program landed her an internship that served as the launch pad for an exciting and challenging career in the Networking Field.
In 2016, Deirra published her blog CCIE By 30. Blogging has enabled her to share her experience, technical resources, certification study tips, and career tips. Since its publishing, her work has helped establish Deirra as a leader and influencer in the tech community.
